This bowl is made without use of canola oil, and minimal amount of olive oil. We are not a canola free facility, and cross contamination is going to happen. This will NOT be 100% canola free, as it is already on our cooking surfaces, but we won't use any in the prep or cooking process. Modifications are NOT allowed, this is because most of our ingredients are prepped with canola. You can take things out. broccoli, mushrooms, sautéed greens, red bell peppers, cilantro, served with brown rice & quinoa, choice of protein and sauce
